Easy Steps To Organize Your Life
Identify Your Goals :Make your long term targets and short term targets. Plan your goals.Try not to say "I wish I Had time for this". If you target a goal and allot some time out of your reserve 24hr slot you can achieve that goal at minimum you can proceed few steps towards your goal. It may so happen that you will get to your goal on the first try only(Usual in short-Term goals).Make a note of all goals you want to achieve and plan your time accordingly.Like if you have a goal to learn French language means you need a long term goal to speak good french so add it to your long term goals note and put all other activities you need to do all over these years to achieve the goal.Alwaysbe specific about your goals. Do a Status Check:Always do a status check on the progress on your side in achieving the goals. Like you need to check each week what is the progress if the goal is short-term and each month check if its a long term so that in time your targets keep intact. Make Goals manageable:Always keep a list of goals you are trying to achieve and keep the list separate for each type so that you wont mess up. Keep it handy so that anything new you find to add you can just add it that time itself.Always review your goals each week and plan what are the tasks you need to do in upcoming week to get the target goals. Prioritize Your Goals:Don't forget to prioritize your goals if you have a hefty list of goals to achieve. prioritizing helps in finishing important goals quickly. Priority one goals need to be given more time than other goals. While allotting time slots for each goal always keep a little slack time so that it can be adjusted in case you ate up more time doing a task than allotted time. Keep an Eye Open:Always keep a eye on which activity is wasting the maximum amount of productive time. by this you will be able to minimize the wastage of time.Always be Sure on where to start and where to end so that your usage of time becomes minimal. Think 2nd after first:Don't take up a task randomly. Always do your task sequencially and while organising for tasks think sequencially so that you won't miss a bit. Designate tasks. If other people are involved in what is to be accom-plished, make sure that responsibilities are outlined and that there is a method for the handoff of the task Include checkpoints. Depending on the task, set deadlines as to when other people should check in with you, or set a time when you want to reevaluate how this particular system is working for you.

Track Your Time:We never know what are the wastes of time we do over a week. If we can calculate it and have a note of it then we can produce quality time out of junk time.So always keep a note of your time spent on each thing. Try to keep a watch on the free time you are getting and the time you are working on something fruitful. Create a time chart for one full week to document how you are spend-ing each twenty-four-hour period. Keep track of what you do on a half-hour basis. Note everything from showering and eating to e-mail.It seems like a time consuming work to create a chart but its not true. You just need to give a try for it. At end of the week you will be able to know where your time goes.
